It’s that time of year again where 3 words strike fear into any parent's heart - 'Back to School'! Whilst we love seeing them go back, the preparation can (at the very least) be a little stressful!
Here at Colton Footwear we aim to try and make it less stressful for you by allowing you to book family fitting appointments. Each appointment is for one family - whether that is for 1 or 5 children - and we will continue until we have managed to get something to fit everyone. It isn't mandatory to book an appointment (we will of course be accepting walk in customers in the normal 'first come first served' basis), but obviously if you have an appointment booked you have a time-slot already in place.
For those without an appointment, we offer the following tips:
- Try and come in at the start or end of the day, as these are our less busy times.
- Avoid lunchtimes if possible as there may be fewer members of staff available to serve.
- Use our additional bookings tab in Berkhamsted to see if there are any extra appointments available once the others have run out.
